Help

Questions

Ordering, shipping, storage and the lot reports. Still have a question? Write to us and a person answers within one business day.

Placeholder address help@zuma.example

What does “research use only” mean?

ZUMA compounds are sold for laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, and they are not drugs, foods or cosmetics. We can’t advise on use in people or animals. At checkout you confirm research use and that you are 21 or older.

How is each lot tested?

Every lot is tested for identity by mass spectrometry and for purity by HPLC. Its report is published before the lot ships, and the code on each vial opens that lot’s report. At launch, each report’s fingerprint is also recorded on-chain.

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders ship within one business day, cold-packed, with tracking emailed when they leave. Orders over $250 ship free. A compound whose next lot is still in testing ships the day its report is out.

Placeholder Carriers, cut-off times and regions are set at launch.

How should vials be stored?

Store unopened vials at −20 °C, away from light. The storage conditions for each lot are on its report.

How do repeat orders and sets work?

Choose Subscribe on any compound and it ships every 30 days at 10% off. A set you build can repeat too, every 30 days, at its set saving plus 5%. Skip, change, pause or cancel before any shipment.

Sets: three or more different compounds save 10%, five or more save 15%. Build a set

How can I pay?

Card checkout is open to everyone. At launch you can also pay with USDC, SOL or $ZUMA. $ZUMA is a utility for the ZUMA shop and not an investment.

Returns and damaged orders

Vials are temperature-sensitive research materials, so shipped vials can’t be returned. If an order arrives damaged or wrong, write to us within 7 days with your order number and we will replace it.

Placeholder policy Final terms are set with legal review before launch.

What do the colors mean?

Each compound wears the three tones of its research area: metabolic blue, tissue green, dermal red-orange, endocrine amber, neuro violet. Lab supplies, like BAC water, wear steel grey. A research area names the field a compound is studied in.
